Seems nice but issues with bracket and charging make it pretty worthless and not worth the money.

Install was fine, mounting bracket on the charging bracket broke loos and spun freely and I had to glue it... Now the charging drops multiple times on any drive (phone shows when it reconnect and lights up the screen when the charging starts again... For the cost of the mounting bracket and charging bracket these issues would tell me to tell you to avoid this product.

Our charger is capable of putting out 15watts if powered corretly though the included 12v adapter. If it is not maintaining you might possibly have too many apps running at onece or possibly powering the charger though a low amp usb connection in the vehicle.

Metal ring not strong enough for mount when under phone case

I thought for sure that the magnet would be stronger so I could keep my phone case when using inside the case, I can't imagine that ring staying on the case for an extended period of time. Seeing this cost $70 I would have expected more from this. Disappointed.

Hello, The 'Learn More' next to the head option selector states the product is designed to work with a MagSafe case/device or with the ring on the outside making direct contact. It is not designed to work though a case.
