Quality Product

Fit perfect in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU. Easy to install. The magnetic base holds the phone solid and secure. Looks and works great. Good quality material. Totally satisfied and would definitely recommend Course Motorsports if you're looking for a phone holder or other accessories for your vehicle.
I also bought the magnetic phone holder for my 2007 Ford F150. Custom fit. Also, very pleased.

Nice product but not for the money

I don’t mind paying for quality—but this product didn’t deliver. Shipping was fast and the instructions were clear, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the product didn’t fit correctly and was missing the proper screw in the package. When I tried to disassemble it for return, the clips had seized up and wouldn’t release.

I requested an RMA and received an auto-reply right away, but there’s been no follow-up since. I’ve also contacted customer service directly and still haven’t heard back.

If you’re planning to invest this kind of money in a mount, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. Poor fit, missing parts, and a lack of support just don’t justify the price.

Apolgies if there was missed communication and for the missing screw. Every now and then customer emails go to spam. We would have been more than happy to send the missing screw had you contacted us about this. If you had and this is what we missed, apologies again. The only communication we see was you asking about the status of your return. This came in today while we were processing returns. When we process you get an automated conformation that we receieved and refunded etc. There was visible tool marks on the locking collar for the MagSafe head. The locking collar was soo tight that it allowed the ball socket to unscrew from the MagSafe head. We assume this is what you mean by seized up. All components were thrown together into the bag and there was not one component returned that can be used again due to the parts clanging around together causing scratching and chipping. Despite this, you received a refund for the value of the order.
